These questions, and many more, are best answered by leveraging data. We’ll focus on how to do just that in the cricketing world, watch a few plays, and learn how to have a blast working with data.

Subject: A Quest for Reputational Excellence Across Borders.
Speaker: Adjunct Professor Peter Verhezen

Reputation carries enormous positive value as well as an intangible or in brand awareness. Good reputation is not just simply a consequence of doing the right thing or serving customers and stakeholders well. In this increasingly interconnected and interdependent world, reputation management needs to be handled like any major business challenge, by principled leadership and appropriate corporate governance structures and mechanisms, supported by sophisticated processes and capabilities that are integrated with the company’s business strategy and culture.

Based on some algorithms developed by Cubit Media Research (Melbourne), Peter will attempt (with examples) to “measure” and therefore provide some tools to better manage reputational risks and opportunities, not just in Australia but across borders.
